I like the contrasts in this piece. Soft, watery blues, bright, strong reds, diagonal shadows
and water currents, chunks of floating, broken glass. A nice balance of strength and softness. I feel exceedingly fortunate that I like most the art that The Flow brings through me.
I can't imagine being an artist that hates most of their work. There are definitely some ugly things that get born in my studio, but I have no quarrel with them; they have as much
right to exist as any other piece (this is all a lie of course; in truth I secretly loath every last one of them!).
